1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BreafIO platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

BreafIO is an online marketplace that connects clients who need written content with qualified freelance writers. The Platform facilitates communication, project management, and payment processing. BreafIO acts as an intermediary and does not provide writing services directly.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Client Obligations

• Provide clear and accurate instructions for each order.
• Ensure materials provided do not infringe on any third-party rights.
• Make timely payment for completed work.
• Review delivered work promptly and request revisions within the specified timeframe.

5. Writer Obligations

• Deliver original, plagiarism-free work meeting the client's specifications.
• Meet agreed deadlines or communicate delays proactively.
• Not share, resell, or republish client materials without permission.
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding content produced.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights to the delivered work are transferred to the client. BreafIO does not claim ownership of work created through the Platform.

7. Payments and Fees

Clients fund their wallet to pay for orders. Writers receive payment minus a platform service fee (currently 15%). BreafIO reserves the right to change fee structures with notice.

8. Dispute Resolution

Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication on the Platform. If unresolved, BreafIO may mediate and make a final binding decision.

9. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled before acceptance without charge.
• Cancellations after hiring are subject to review and may result in penalties.
• Completed orders may be refunded at BreafIO's discretion, with penalties applied.

10. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempting to circumvent the Platform's payment system.
• Sharing contact information to transact outside the Platform.
• Harassing, abusing, or harming other users.

11. Limitation of Liability

BreafIO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid in connection with the specific order.

12. Termination

BreafIO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
